Audio Output Device
Device enumeration requires microphone permission to reveal device labels.
Only works when speech routes through the fallback (HTTP audio) engine. Most voices prefer native TTS by default, which ignores this setting. To test: enable "Force Fallback Mode" in Configuration and re-initialize, or pick a voice that is fallback-only. Chrome/Edge only (setSinkId).
